Wonderlove (UEN 53533163X), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore, is responsible for your information. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your email address (to send you updates and let you sign in), the brief you write (names, dates, places, events and preferences), the changes and notes you send us, and any pictures you add. When you order, we also note which ad or website led you to us, if any, to see which ones work. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your film and to talk to you about your order. To make the paintings, animation and music, the relevant parts of your brief (and any photos of the two of you that you add) are sent to the AI services we use (through OpenRouter, which passes them to Google's models). We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. If you order through a partner's link, such as your wedding planner's, they can see your first names and how far your order has got.

Where it is kept

Your account, order and files are stored with Supabase in Singapore. Emails are sent through our email provider. Each of these services processes the data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

An order that is never paid is deleted after 7 days, with its pictures. We delete the pictures you added once your film is delivered. The internet address an order is sent from is kept for a day, to stop abuse of the order form. We keep your order record and final films so you can download them again, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw permission to show your film, by writing to hello@wonderlovefilms.com.
