What is a Wonderlove film?
A short animated film you send to your wedding guests. It's about 60 seconds long (shorter if you'd like), vertical so it fills a phone screen, painted in a watercolour style and set to an original song. It shows your guests where to go, when to be there and what to wear.
How much does it cost?
In Singapore, Standard is S$50 and Premium is S$100. You pay S$10 to start (S$20 for Premium), which pays for your storyboard and songs, and the rest once you've approved your storyboard and chosen your song. Elsewhere it's US$40 and US$80 in us dollars, €35 and €70 in euros, £30 and £60 in pounds, A$60 and A$120 in australian dollars.
How long does it take?
Each step usually takes us a few hours. If you reply quickly, you can have your film within a day. If you need it by a certain date, write to us before you order.
What do we get?
With Standard you get your film, sized for phones. With Premium you get your film in full quality for big screens, and a copy sized for phones. You also get the pictures from your film. If some of your events are only for family or the bridal party, such as a tea ceremony, we make a version of the film for them at no extra cost.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard is made for phone screens, with up to five songs to choose from and words in up to two languages. Premium has sharper, more detailed pictures that hold up on big screens, better animation, up to ten songs to choose from and words in up to four languages, and we can match the lettering to your invitation.
Can our film be in more than one language?
Yes. Your film's words can be in up to two languages with Standard, or four with Premium, at no extra cost: English, Simplified Chinese, Malay, Tamil, French, Spanish, Italian and German. You get one film in each language, with the same paintings and song.
Can you paint our real venues?
Yes. Tell us where each part of your day happens and we paint those places as they look. You can add pictures to show us what you have in mind.
Can you paint the two of us?
Yes. If you add photos of the two of you to your order, we can paint you into your film.
How do we send it to our guests?
However you send your invitation. Your film is sized for phones, so it's quick to send in a message. With Premium you also get it in full quality for a big screen or your wedding website.
What if something's wrong?
You approve every scene and every word in your storyboard before we animate it. Once your film is made, you can ask for two rounds of changes to it.
Do you make films for weddings outside Singapore?
Yes. We're based in Singapore and make films for weddings anywhere, from a weekend in Bali to a wedding in Kyoto.
Is it made with AI?
Yes. We make and check every film with AI tools: each scene is reviewed for mistakes, and its words are checked against your order before you see it. Nothing is final until you approve it.
What if we want changes?
You can ask for changes twice to the storyboard and twice to the film, in your own words. Your scenes are set once you approve the storyboard, so that's the time to change them. If none of the songs feels right, tell us why and we'll make more.
Can we get a refund?
Each payment pays for work made for you, so payments aren't refundable. If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we refund that payment in full.
Is there a discount?
If a friend or your wedding planner sends you their personal link, you get 10% off your film.
