Wonderlove (UEN 53533163X), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore, makes short animated films that couples send to their wedding guests. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What you get

A vertical film of about 60 seconds (shorter if you ask for it), based on the brief you give us: first a storyboard of painted scenes with their captions, then songs composed to it, then the animated film. If some of your events are only for some guests (for example a tea ceremony for family), you also get a version of the film for each of those groups (family, bridal party or friends), at no extra cost. Your film's words can be in up to two languages with Standard, or four with Premium, at no extra cost, and you get each film in every language you choose. Your storyboard shows the words in the first language on its paintings and the others as text, and when you approve it, you approve its words in every language. When you approve the film you receive each film as a file sized for phones, and the paintings from your film as picture files. With Premium you also receive each film as a full-quality file for big screens.

Standard and Premium

You choose one of two versions before your first payment, and it is fixed for your order. Standard: HD-ready paintings and animation, and three songs (two more if you ask for changes to them). Your film's words can be in up to two languages. You receive your film sized for phones. Premium: our finest paintings, better animation in Full HD, and five songs (five more if you ask for changes to them). Your film's words can be in up to four languages. You receive your film in full quality for big screens, and a copy sized for phones. With Premium, we can also match the lettering to your invitation. We use the closest fonts we have, so it is a close match rather than an exact copy. Everything else in these terms applies to both. In your currency, Standard is S$10 to start and S$40 for the film; Premium is S$20 and S$80.

How ordering and payment work

You pay the first part to start. It pays for your storyboard and songs and counts towards the total. You may ask for two rounds of changes to the storyboard. When you approve it, we compose three songs to it (five with Premium); you may ask once for changes to the songs, and we compose two more (five with Premium). You then choose your song and pay the balance, and we make your film, after which you may ask for two rounds of changes to the film. Film changes cover timing, captions, lettering, which of your songs plays and how scenes move; the scenes themselves are set when you approve the storyboard, so a film change can't swap or repaint them. Prices are shown in your local currency before you pay (Singapore dollars, euros, pounds or Australian dollars; US dollars everywhere else) and are fixed for your order, with its version, once you start it.

If the balance isn't paid within 30 days of receiving your latest storyboard or songs, the order expires. Email us to pick it up again. An order whose first payment isn't made within 7 days is deleted, with any pictures you added.

Refunds

Because each payment pays for work made for you, payments are not refundable. If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we refund that payment in full. If you accidentally pay for the same step twice, the extra payment is refunded automatically.

Referrals

If you order through someone's personal link, 10% of your order's total comes off your film payment. Only one link counts for each order, discounts can't be combined, and your own link doesn't count for your own orders. The couple or partner who shared the link earns 10% of your order once it is paid in full. There is no reward for an order that is cancelled or expires before then. We send rewards by PayNow at the start of each month. If you order through a partner's link, such as your wedding planner's, they can see your first names and how far your order has got. We may change or end referrals at any time. An order keeps the discount it was made with.

Your content

You confirm that the names, places, details and pictures you send us are yours to share, and that everyone named in or appearing in them has agreed to it. We use your pictures only to make your film: screenshots you add guide the look of your film; photos of the two of you may be used to paint you into your film. We may decline a request we can't make well or that we are not comfortable making.

How your film is made

The pictures, animation and music are made with AI tools, and checked with automated tools before you see them: the words in every scene against your order, and every picture and clip for mistakes. Generated imagery can still contain small imperfections; in a round of changes, we fix anything that doesn't match your approved storyboard.

Using your film

The film and paintings are yours to share with your guests and keep for personal, non-commercial use. We will only show your film on our website or social media if you allowed it when ordering; you can withdraw that permission at any time by messaging us.

Timing

We email you when each step is ready, usually within a day. How long your whole film takes depends on how quickly you reply. If you need it by a certain date, write to us at hello@wonderlovefilms.com before you order.

Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
